How are Guardians attached?
The Gladiator is bolted into our steel Sub-Frame, which is bolted to the truck frame itself. This gives the aluminum the flexibility to perform for the long haul on even the roughest of roads. The specific sub-frame for the Gladiator includes the crane reinforcements and substructure.

The Guardian of Every Trade.
The (not so) secret advantage behind the Guardian lies in its balance of lightweight modular design and heavy-duty construction. Using the same architecture as the Gladiator, the Guardian trades crane infrastructure for maximum storage volume and payload efficiency. Its rear tail module features a durable step bumper with municipal-grade Rival tail-lights and license-trim integration, while every cabinet is sealed with D-type neoprene gaskets, gas-strut retained doors, and LED rope lighting. Adjustable shelves, divided drawers, and J-hooks keep gear secure and accessible on the road or jobsite.
Available for both single- and dual-rear-wheel trucks with 55″, 56″, 60″, and 84″ C/A lengths, the Guardian installs quickly on Rival’s CRADLE™ sub-frame system. Standard finishes include white powder-coat, with optional black, bare aluminum, or custom colors to match municipal or corporate branding. Each body uses TIG/MIG-welded 0.125″ aluminum doors and 3/16″ bulkheads for long-term structural integrity. Built for technicians, utilities, and contractors who prioritize function and fleet adaptability, the Guardian stands as the premium benchmark for modern, crane-free service bodies.
