The Rival Gladiator Service Body is purpose-built for operators who demand crane capability without compromise. Designed from marine-grade 5052-H32 aluminum and reinforced with 6061-T6 extrusions, every Gladiator combines precision-built cabinet modules with a crane-ready tail section that integrates hydraulic stabilizers, a stow-away workbench, and a reinforced receiver hitch. Each model—ACE™, UNO™, DUO™, or TRIO™—builds upon Rival’s modular architecture to deliver tailored layouts for every truck and trade. LED-lit storage, double-skinned doors, anti-slip decking, and Venturi-style drains come standard, while crane mounts and hydraulic outriggers make the Gladiator a fully functional lifting platform built to outperform and outlast.

How are Gladiators attached?
The Gladiator is bolted into our steel Sub-Frame, which is bolted to the truck frame itself. This gives the aluminum the flexibility to perform for the long haul on even the roughest of roads. The specific sub-frame for the Gladiator includes the crane reinforcements and substructure.

The Power to Raise the Standard.
The (not so) secret advantage of the Gladiator lies in its shared DNA with the Guardian series: Modular precision; expanded to include integrated crane support. Where the Guardian ends, the Gladiator begins. Its rear tail module is manufactured with built-in hydraulic stabilizer jacks, a reinforced crane base, a towing receiver, and a fold-out workbench with long-tool storage. Both series share Rival’s modular cabinet architecture, but the Gladiator’s sub-modules are crane-specific: designated “TC” for deck-mounted cranes and “SC” for stiff-boom installations. Constructed from marine-grade aluminum, sealed with D-type neoprene gaskets, and illuminated with LED rope lighting, each cabinet offers secure, weatherproof storage for tools and components in the harshest conditions.
Available exclusively for dual-rear-wheel cab-chassis trucks (60″ or 84″ C/A), the Gladiator’s body options scale from ACE™ single-cabinet builds to TRIO™ full-length configurations with over-fender and rear modules. All models mount on Rival’s CRADLE™ sub-frame for simplified installation and long-term rigidity. Standard features include gas-strut-retained doors, adjustable shelves and drawers, ECCO™ LED tail/strobe lighting, and a white powder-coat finish—custom colors and bare aluminum available. Designed for customers who expect industrial-grade performance and lifetime durability, the Gladiator fulfills the demands of serious trades and heavy-duty service fleets who refuse to compromise.
